Our PAX Tools Community Workshop invites parents, caregivers, and youth workers into a room where the goal is simple: learn everyday strategies that make homes and programs calmer, kinder places for children to grow. Drawing on decades of research, we teach practical, trauma‑informed tools that build cooperation and self‑regulation without yelling, shaming, or power struggles.
Participants practice specific PAX strategies, then see how they connect to literacy and learning. We model group literacy challenges, literacy enhancement activities, and reading comprehension sessions that keep children engaged while reinforcing focus and follow‑through. Vocabulary development, storytelling, and functional literacy work are woven in, so adults leave with activities that strengthen both behavior and academic skills.
Again and again, families share the same story: fewer meltdowns, more peace, and children who are ready to listen and learn. This workshop turns big ideas into small, doable steps that help kids thrive at home, in programs, and in school.
Share your questions, ideas, or partnership requests, and our team will follow up with you promptly to explore how we can support your students, family, or program.
